Bold Art Society is the first organization building the complete infrastructure for student artists. From the classroom, to the competition, to an international residency, to a professional production credit.
Step 1 - The classroom
A 100 hour project based curriculum in Filmmaking or Theater. Students make real work, pitch to professionals, and present publicly.
Step 2- Next: New York
Once they complete the course students gain access to compete at our international student art competition Next: New York. Schools receive jerseys to represent your organization as they compete to win cash prizes, a trophy, international rankings and a chance to be selected to our international summer art residency.
step 3- global residency
Winners of the competition travel to a new country every year with professional mentors to create original work about a societal issue relating to the country’s past, present and future.
step 4- professional productions
Students who complete the program get hired on BAS productions. Real credit, real experience, real pay in film, theater, fashion, dance and fine art.

Next: New York
Next New York is the inaugural international student art competition and exhibition created by Bold Art Society, designed to give the world's most gifted young artists the same platform, resources, and recognition that student athletes have always had. This year's competition is co-produced with The Freeman Foundation for the Arts and Yonkers Arts.
